Law is a Ass by Bob Ingersoll

ABOUT BOB INGERSOLL

By day, Bob Ingersoll is a senior attorney with the Cuyahoga County Public Defender Office in Cleveland, Ohio. Bob's real love, however, is comic books and he has written scripts for such diverse books as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Lost in Space, the Green Hornet, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Quantum Leap and was the regular writer on Hero Alliance. Since 1983, Bob has written "The Law is a Ass" for Comics Buyer's Guide, a regular column in which he analyzes how the law is portrayed in comics then explains how it would really work. Not too bad for a column he figured would last only one year; two tops. In 1998, Bob and fellow Comics Buyer's Guide columnist Tony Isabella wrote their first novel, Captain America: Liberty's Torch. In the summer of 1999, "The Law is a Ass" began to appear online weekly at World Famous Comics as revised versions of the Comics Buyer's Guide columns as well as brand new columns exclusive to the website. Bob Ingersoll can be reached at .
