There's alot of anti-hype about this instalment. The thing is the linearity has a purpose, and once you come to grips with it everything becomes easier to swallow. The lack of towns people complain about, there are town and city sets with a populace that speaks to you. Just walk up and they say their piece. Yeah the shops are at every save point and not actual stores, but it doesn't matter.

This is a review for Soul Silver. First of all the game has a feature that Pokemon can come out of the pokeball. This new game has the return of Team Rocket. There is the gyms and Elite Four from the Joto region. There is also the Kanto gyms as well. There are also Wifi events as well. The Pokewalker is awesome if you get it bundled with the software... more

Call me stuck in the 1980s but I still own a adequate size standard-def TV which I play xbox 360 on. I have zero problems playing any game until Battlefield BC 2. I can not believe they let this game come out looking like this on standard-def! You can not read the text in 80% of the game and the minimap is useless. Just like a diesel engine, this game takes time to warm up. When it does finally warm up though it is great. It started slow for me. I felt claustrophobic, didn't much care for the characters or the combat system. However I have played and loved every other final fantasy game and so I stuck with it.
