Kick Butt CD This CD by System of A Down's lead singer is a kick butt CD. Highly recommend. He plays piano which is awesome to listen to. Elect the Dead is a great CD that comes with an insert where you can join his website as a member and recieve discounts off merchandise. This is a bonus to alos getting the chance to listen to his CD.
Serj Tankian is the product of everything I want from the world An idealistic genius of a man produced this album. His voice is like an air raid siren. His passion is unmatched. He is the product of that which makes Western civilization so sublime and gut wrenching in perfect screeching harmony.
If only the world was as fair as Serj would like it to be! In the mean time, his songs will keep me company while I fight wars I cannot even be sure are just. His riffs will accompany me on dark roads as bullets whiz by my head and explosions sound in the distance.
One day when the dust has settled I hope that Serj and I will be able to share a cool beverage on a hot day and talk about how things are better than they used to be because he had a conscience and I had a gun.
If only. Meanwhile the clock ticks and his voice hypnotizes me and I think a little harder than I would otherwise have thought.
Elected! A few signature tracks in the beginning and an interesting mix of piano / vocals throughout -- no Lie lie lie...

Awesome! I love this CD. I'm not a big SOAD fan but this CD is definitely amazing. If you like SOAD at all, you will probably really enjoy this CD. I recommend getting the one with the bonus disc because Empty Walls(acoustic) rules.
