Nice game. ^ This is a very nice game but there is one reason that i dont like it. It is the most realistic game i have for the ps2 but that does not make it the best. In this game u r always on a racing track not on the road so there is no cops or ways to get in trouble. There r so many different cars to buy and choose from. Sometimes when u win the race day u get a free car marker so u can get a free car, a damage marker so u can repair ur car for free, parts so u can get free parts for ur car, and a money one so u win free money. It takes forever to beat this game because it is so long and there is so many race days. There is so many ways to fix up ur car and it is amazing of how many things u can do to customize it. The thing i do not like about it is it is the hardest game i have ever played. As u get three fourths of the way done it has this race called speed challenge and it is impossible to beat because u r going so fast that u run into something or flip over because it is kind of hard to go 200 mph on a road that is curvy and only have two lanes. For each type of race the game gives u a free car but it is not so good so u might as well buy a new one, and u have to have a special car for each type of race. It is a fun game with the best graphics for the ps2 but it is the hardest racing game i have ever played.
Do Not Like It At All ^ This game was a total dissapointment to me. Need For Speed took time off of making street racing games to make this peice of crap game called Pro Street! You don't even street race!! You just race on drift tracks and cuircut tracks and stuff like that. If thats what I wanted I would've bought Gran Turismo for god sakes!!! And unlike past NFS games the soundtrack on here sucks!! Overall NFS pro street was a huge disapointment and they don't need to make a sequal.
two thumbs way down ^ I played NFS Most wanted, and it was the best thing I ever played. So I looked forward to Pro Street and I thought it was absolutely terrible. Don't waste your money.
Need for speed? Really? WOW! ^ this was a need for speed game? Really? WOW! this game sucked i was so excited to know that a new need for speed is coming out just in time of my birthday! i got it for my birthday and i played it and thought "Wow this game is nothing compared to what they said!" don't waste your money on it i am a need for speed fan since the beginning and this was something different and now i have different thoughts about where this series is heading! This could change if undercover is good! Please EA make a good need for speed!
Fun Game ^ Creative game for the import/muscle car lover, a bit challenging for younger players but, detailing/design options vast.
