My son loves it. He couldn't wait to "color" the pages. I love it because it's just water. Crayons always seem to find their way to the walls and scribble by themselves.
My 2 year old loves this My two year old loves to color, finger paint etc but I wanted something that he could do ANYWHERE. I purchased the Sesame Street and he just couldn't get enough. I just wish they had a larger selection of characters or maybe numbers, letters, animals, etc.
great fun...but use a different water marker we LOVE the Water Wow books - but I agree that the water markers or water brushes that come with them aren't all that great.
we use the very durable water markers from the Aquadoodle mat instead. they are very durable, do not leak, and my toddler son can't really open them and spill the water out (if i twist it together tight enough, that is!) also, they hold a lot more water so don't have to worry about refilling as often.
that being said - this is a GREAT plaything! we bring our water wow books out to restaurants and in the car for easy mess-free play. it keeps my 3 year old boy very happy and occupied.
Absolutely wonderful! My four year old daughter has this Water Wow Doodle Book as well as the Diego and Backyardigans ones. She LOVES them! They are wonderful for keeping her busy at any time whether I'm making dinner or driving the car. The refillable water brish is nice because it will never dry out like some of the markers do that come with similar products. I have read that someone had a problem with them dripping or leaking, but as long as you only squeeze them initially to get the tips damp as the instructions suggest (and don't continue to squeeze them) they will not drip. She takes these when she visits friends and her friends all love them too! I don't ever have to worry about parents being angry because they are completely mess free!
Works well My daughter has the Backyardigan Water Wow! book and I was very impressed. The water brush works fine and the colors are quite vibrant. The only problem is that my daughter wants to do this again and again .... there are four pictures, and they dry within an hour, and as soon as they are dry she starts painting again. Not sure how long the book will last! But I'll probably buy Sesame and Blues as well.
