Very satisfied service, and a very happy boy as a result. The order process was simple as usual, and the affiliated Amazon seller was professional, and fast on the delivery. It arrived well-packed and undamaged. Only unusual thing was this kit arrived without it's outer plastic shrink wrap around the box, like previous Gundam models I've bought on Amazon. A return? Seller opened it to inspect it? It took away from its 'newness' as a birthday present for my 12 y.o. nephew. He loved the Gundam, building it, admiring it, it's impressive. Needless to say, it was a big hit. And a happy ending for all. I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Just keep the prices competitive.
