Excellent cable and services, Thanks Eforcity! I bought this cable from Eforcity becuase it is very cheap and gets many positive reviews. This cable is used to connect my PS3 and the TV in my bedroom, I'm very suprised it provides the excellent performance as same as the Monster cable that is used for my blue-ray player. I like this cable very much and I bought 2 more for my parents.
Excellent Value This cable has excellent build quality. And for the price, it is a best-buy. I have only tried 480p resolution so far, and the picture is amazing even on my 32' LCD TV. The difference between the regular video cable and the HDMI connection using this cable is actually visible. Considering that an HDMI cable is simply a multiple conductor cord, there really isn't that much that could affect the quality of the signal. This isn't a radio wave, so it is not that sensitive. Low resistance and relatively short cable length would give you the same result as "other" $100 HDMI cables. However, an issue might arise as the length of the cable increases. However, it does not apply in this case. Buy this product, and save lots of money.
Never buying ANYTHING cable related from brick and mortar store again Went into best buy the other day to look at their prices on assorted ps3 products and came across their version of "the best ps3 hdmi cable in the universe ever" @ $99.00!! i dont know about what was so special about it or if itll even work that well, but this cable works excellently with my ps3(1080p on my 42 inch vizio). Long story short, look no further than this cable if you are looking to get a high quality picture at a low cost.
No complaints so far! Last month I bought a 1080i HDTV and figured I would see if a HDMI cable was indeed better than the older composite cables. I already had a 1080i upcoverting DVD player, and both it and my new TV supported HDMI so I was all set. I came across this cable from Eforcity and was blown away at how much cheaper it was! The store I bought my TV at wanted at least $30 for a HDMI cable, and some were even $90! I was skeptical and assumed the cable offered by Eforcity would perform poorly but was I wrong. I immediately noticed an improvement in the picture, and uncompressed DVDs are of excellent quality. I haven't had any problems with this cable whatsoever and highly recommend it, although it does have one little quirk. When I first turn on my DVD player, a green line goes across the screen and the speakers make a sound before the picture and audio begin transmitting from the DVD player, but I only see/hear this when turning the DVD player on and off, never during a movie. It's hard to say if that is from the DVD player, the HDMI cable, my Olevia TV, or from HDMI cables in general. Regardless, this is a fantastic cable for the price.
Good bang for your buck I was always leary of these HDMI cables when they first came out. The cost was so high! I paid about 2 bucks and the picture resolution from my HD DVD to my TV was outstanding. Of course, I have no direct comparison with higher cost cables, but would you want to spend 50 to 100 dollars, when this cable works so well.
