The original..the best I love this dvd set. I sit down and can watch 3 or 4 episodes a sitting. My childhood favorite is still my favorite at 22.
Third season, it just keeps getting better. The third season of my favorite hero, Batman! The series just kept getting better and better and this one is no exception. I love the DVDs and the special features were excellent and it is just an amazing as the first two seasons. It's a wonderful set and I have to say I enjoy it very much.
Batman in your face! This is Batman the way Batman should be! All other Batman's have patterned themselves after the way this serious was created! Excellent set to own!
...listen to this... I own all four seasons of this show, i bought them separately. BUT, does anyone know why there is an episode not included in this 4th season? It's missing... An episode where Ras al Ghul puts his soul into his daughter Talhia, which is later revealed to batman in the show, when her lips move it's his voice that u hear ... Does anyone remember this episode on TV ? I do! I've seen it!
Other than that this is great! I watch it all the time!
Good standard Batman, but a few things could have been better This is standard fair for the Batman animated series. All around good stuff. However, a few minor points to make (which lower it from 5 to 4 stars). - Many of the episodes are the Batman and Robin series - basically a slightly revamped version of the original seasons. Nothing against Robin, just the writing on all of them doesn't seem quite as high quality. - There are very few extras - in fact some of the discs have an extras section in the menu, but when you go to that screen, all it says is "check the other discs for more extras". If you're just getting into the Batman animated series, get the first 2 sets in the series first.
