Product Description: Judge Dredd: He is the law! In the vast, over populated sprawl of the future metropolis Mega-City One, the Judges are all that stand between order and chaos. Their unswerving dedication to upholding the law is epitomised by stone-jawed Judge Dredd as he dispenses instant and brutal justice. When Dredd goes on a routine tour of Mega-City One's space colonies, nobody expects any trouble. But when a fellow Judge is found murdered, Dredd realises a killer is on board Justice One - and that the killer may even be another Judge! The mission is over, and now the hunt begins! But with space pirates, killer robots, and a damaged ship to pilot, can even Dredd warp out of this one? Also featuring the Ennis-penned stories Talkback, A Man Called Greener, Ex-Men and Twilight's Last Gleaming.
GRUDD! Mega-City One Space Shuttle Justice One is playing host to Judge Dredd when a Judge is murdered. With only a skeleton crew on board, Dredd's list of suspects is small, but troublesome: They're all fellow Judges....
Justice One is ruined by the #1 problem I have with some Dredd stories: All of the Judges look exactly alike, so telling them apart in a whodunit is pretty tough. In the end, not only did I not KNOW whodunit, I didn't care. Justice One is a pretty weak Ennis/Dredd entry, but the back-up stories, Twilight's Last Gleaming, Ex-Men, Talkback, and especially A Man Called Greener, are all much more fun.....after all, how often do you get to see a major traffic pile-up caused by phlegm?
