Refreshingly non-partisan political humor Refreshingly non-partisan political humor with fabulous photography! I purchased my copy a few weeks ago and lent it to a family member who has little interest in politics. She loved it! The bad news, I suspect I am not getting it back any time soon.
Now I even like the pre-election bantering I ordered my copy last week and this book is great! It's such a relief from al the bikering in the campaign. If ou like light-hearted political humor you'll like this book a lot. There's photo's of just about EVERY important (and not so important) political figure from the heavyweights like Hillary, Obama, and Bush to Kerry, Kennedy, and even som people I don't know. There's also celebrities, one of my fave jokes involved Michael Moore! There's also Chuck Norris, so that says it all.
The best part is the cover joke with Hillary is perfect! She's yelling "...And I'll hire the interns!" After the latest news about Bill and Monica a few days ago, this joke is even funnier and the timing couldn't be better.
Stan, your're the man!
A GREAT BUY! Talk about a piece of history. This is THE comic book legend going back to his roots and doing another comedy caption photo book.
There is no better souvenir to represent Election Year 2008!
