2 out of 5 starsNot enough real substance
The book has a few tidbits of valuable info. Very basic, very simplistic. For example, set goals. Wow. Really? Insightful. Hire a great team. Wow. Powerful stuff. Have your CSR make tons of appointments for you. Again, wow. I was pretty disappointed. I was not expecting a magic bullet, but I was expecting more than I got.

5 out of 5 starsGood Blocking and Tackling
Book has a no nonsense, easy to apply approach that every current and future insurance agent should read!

5 out of 5 starsExcellent book
This is a must read for anyone starting out in the insurance business. In spite of its brevity, I found it to contain very specific, insightful, actionable information. It was useful to me immediately and I highly recommend it.

3 out of 5 starsCSR is the key
I wish the author would of talked a little more about the "system" of an agency and not just "hire a CSR" as the key. He was very postivie in his words but not as informative to commission splits and hiring new "sales people" for the agency.

5 out of 5 starsEXCELLENT
Very easy to follow - excellent information! Is used as a training book for some agencies.
