Portals are collections of information that is contained in one location and can be used for both informational and transactional purposes. The CD sorts out the various definitions and confusion on portals. 3. eCollaboration is ofen not understood. The CD defines eCollaboration and discusses several eCollaboration tools. 4. SRM is another one of those terms that is controversial.
