Fun for all! Really fun for my almost 5 year old, I can see she's getting better at drawing all ready. Sometimes I do the drawing and she tells me how to do it. WE are enjoying the ideas in the the book.
a good basics to doodling fairies and mermaids My seven year old loves this book and I have to say even though it doesn't teach the foundations of art, it's a good doodle book and I think it's really fun and sweet. A book for younger kids, maybe as a birthday present or for the kid who doesn't want to learn the history of art, or art form and techniques. I liked it.
My daughter loves It! Great book for tweens. My daughter brings it on all of our rode trips and still enjoys it.
Fabulous I got this for my 6 year old daughter who loves fairies and mermaids. The art projects are awesome, many different ways to create, each project can take around an hour to do. Some of the projects need parental guidance for her age, delicate tissue paper, cutting tin foil, etc. but the outcome is always amazing and she loves to display her work, which really turns out to look professional. Could this book lead to a career in illustrating childrens book, very probable! Also recommend "I can draw Animals" by Gibson, that she can do 100% herself with step by step directions.
