eternal Sonata ^ It was helpful except for the fact it is for 360 only. So some things were not there.
Another great game guide ^ My wife has been playing this game for a while now... unfortunately she reached a point where she got TOTALLY stuck and since I hadn't been around watching or helping, I had NO idea what to do. As soon as the guide arrived, it took me all of ten minutes to undo and fix what she had done and then get her back on track. A VERY well written guide and VERY thorough. This is NOT another final fantasy IX guide, (worst guide ever) this one will definitely get you through the game if you get stuck. A+
Great Guide (for the most part) ^ This guide was very helpful up to a certain point in the game. I have the PS3 version of this game and the guide (which is for the 360, of course) was pretty accuarate until I got to Baroque Castle. In the guide it says that after you speak with Prince Crescendo and Princess Serenade, you'll end up back in Baroque City. Nuh, huh...I ended up inside a freakin' mirror!! I have no clue where I am and I don't see it anywhere in this guide. So I don't know if this is just something new for the PS3 version or not (seeing how I haven't played the 360 version of this game)
Other than that, the guide gives you step by step instructions on what to do. Very helpful for someone who wants to find EVERYTHING in the game. However, like someone else mentioned, they give you useless information about the boss fights. Great guide all the same.

Great guide book, it has alot of easy to read and understand maps of the areas. Trying to play the game without the guide book is not impossible, but some of the areas are difficult to map on your own. The guide also has some really nice descriptions of hard to find items and where to find them. I think it was well worth the $ to purchase it.
