I give it a 10! This book is wonderful! Number one it can be used over and over again. Each number is introdeced by itself with several expaples the child can trace and then plenty of room for them to try it on his/her own. After every few numbers there's a review page that recaps everything worked on until that point. There are lots of counting activites and games in it as well. My 4 year old daughter liked it so much she did the whole book in one sitting and wanted to do it again!
My kids love it! I bought this for my 5 year old son, but my 4 year old girl loves it too! I especillay like that it has eraseable pages, so they can use the book over and over again (which they have)! It gives them both the upper case and lowercase leeters in the same book and plenty of space to trace and copy them. There are also great activites that make them look for the featured letter sentences. We look forward to getting other books in the series.
