A must have tool for the interns I think this book is great especially in the intern year. it breaks down everything without going into minute details. i use it as it as my basic tool and then i use to up to date for new treatment plans. this book is current. i find it very helpful..although it should not be used as the only resource. Great Book overall.
current diagnosis my problem with reading medical books on kindle is the lack of an index in most if not all of the titles. accessing data during a busy clinic day is frustrating and i end up picking up a book for quickinformation. the search is okay but doesn't lead to what i expect. anaside is that it seems to me that the medical books have been extremely dumbed down. a lot of money to pay for books that are best viewed on kindle for slow unhurried perusal versus quick access to practical information. pardon unseparated words please. i am typing this on kindle. cheers.
Excellent Book I love all the Current series of books. I have used them for years. They give me the information I need to know and leave out all the fine details that might be valuable for the academics but only get in the way when you are practicing out in the trenches (real world).
CURRENT Diagnosis & Treatment in Family Medicine (Current Medical Diagnosis & Treatment in Family Medicine) All the Current series books are good. I used this book as a reference for my FP clerkship. It is easy to read with all the information that you need.
