| 1. Teen Titans Vol. 1: A Kid's Game |

By: Geoff Johns, Mike McKone, Tom Grummett Publisher: DC Comics April 01, 2004
This story has a nice plot. It is a combination of the original and the new titans.
The only thing that is disappointing for me was the art. Though it is not bad, but it was also disappointing. Therefore, the cover page art and the art inside the comic book, are different.
I recommend this book to teen titans fan and for others who may be interested. But I think this book... more

By: Geoff Johns, Mike McKone Publisher: DC Comics November 01, 2004
Buying this book was probably the best $10 I ever spent. I picked it up at a bookstore, read it in about 30-45 minutes, and loved every second of it.
It has everything: lovely storyline, eye-popping artwork, and wonderful character development. I was also pleasantly surprised by seeing hints of Rae/BB romance towards the end. The villain, Brother Blood VIII, is actually a 14 year old... more

| 3. Teen Titans Vol. 3: Beast Boys and Girls |
|
By: Geoff Johns, Mike McKone, Tom Grummett Publisher: DC Comics June 01, 2005
Geoff Johns' revival of TEEN TITANS has been less than thrilling so far, and the latest volume, BEAST BOYS & GIRLS, is no exception. The low-priced volume reprints seven issues: A four-issue BEAST BOY mini-series from 2000, and issues 13-15 of TEEN TITANS, which also focus on BEAST BOY. Garfield Logan has always been one of the least-interesting members of the team, so I wasn't expecting much out... more

By: Sean McKeever Publisher: DC Comics August 25, 2009
[Collects Teen Titans #62-69].
In my opinion, this collection finds the Teen Titans at the top of their game in many respects - author Sean McKeever is very comfortable with the characters by this point, and the line-up is one of my all-time favourites (Red Devil, Blue Beetle and Miss Martian are great, and Wonder Girl is written in a surprisingly bearable fashion). You'll find a lot of... more

| 7. Teen Titans Vol. 4: The Future is Now |
|
By: Mark Waid, Geoff Johns, Mike McKone Publisher: DC Comics December 01, 2005
I'm not sure where the Titans fall in my pantheon of heroes. First, I loved the Cartoon Network series. That's what got me interested in the Titans. And I love Nightwing, who founded it. Robin is there, and the current incarnation is a fascinating one. And now Superboy (Connor) is a part of the team, and I find him very fascinating. Plus I really like the cartoon version of Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire... more

| 9. Teen Titans Vol. 5: Life and Death |
|
By: Marv Wolfman, Geoff Johns, Bill Willingham Publisher: DC Comics July 01, 2006
It's a shame this book is so mediocre, it has some of the best heroes of the next generation--Superboy, Robin, Wonder Girl, and many of the others are somewhat interesting, and it is tied into the Crisis (which I'm starting to think might not be as big or great or necessary as DC thinks it is), but it was all over the place, which probably comes from being a collection of multiple different titles... more

By: Geoff Johns, Sean McKeever, Marv Wolfman Publisher: DC Comics July 15, 2008
I'm loving this run of the Teen Titans! It may sound weird, but I this has become one of the few new titles I will continue to buy. I just love the character interactions. There are great tributes to all other titan incarnations. And I don't know what else... can a comic be charismatic? In any case there is an appeal to this book that I can't quite explain. It may be because this stays true... more
