When I wanted to get into judge dredd I went to the internet and the major opinion seemed to be go with volume 4 or 5 the begining stuff is kinda boring I think this is a completely untrue analysis I have no former knowledge of Dredd other than the film and I loved this book granted sometimes dredd seems a bit cheesy but thats one of the only downsides besides inconsistant art which isnt a big deal... more

By: John Wagner, Alan Grant Publisher: DC Comics October 01, 2004
This is one of those inter-company crossover stunts, really. Two granite jawed lawmen with little tolerance for outsiders with strange abilities in their cities, must find a way not to beat the hell out of each other too badly, and eventually work together to stop a threat in Mega-City. Dredd tells Batman at the end of the Gotham based part of the story that it is foreseen he will be needed in Dredd's... more

Originally a 3-part comic-book series in late 1997, Predator vs Judge Dredd is about...practically nothing! You think I am joking.
The Pred lands on Earth. He stalks around Dredd's Megacity. He kills a few people. Dutch Schaefer's great, great grand-daughter is called in for her PSI skills. She drinks Predator blood. She telepathically knows where Pred is hiding. Dredd goes there and... more
