- Gel Tabz are fantastic for FPS's on the PS3, but not the Xbox 360 controller. I way prefer the FPS Freek on those, and vice versa on the PS3.. The FPS Freek simply puts the thumbsticks on the PS3 way too high, for accurate face button use. Keep in mind that the gel tabs do add some extension to the stick, just the right amount, vs. the FPS Freek (on the PS3 controller)

Can't see any reason to spend 35 or so bucks on the official controller or buy a used one that may break down any time. Got to break the new joysticks in tho, and when they're stiff, it's hard to get used to them. Anyway would recommend this off-brand xbox controller as a replacement or addition. Would say the fit in hand is almost exactly like the microsoft controller. Really, the difference is minute... more

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this and I am amazed at how well this worked. I'd read that this breaks easily and wasn't good quality but I've had no problems and I've had it for about a year. It is a great inexpensive headset and there is plenty of length in the wire so you don't pull on the headset but just enough so it doesn't get in your way... more
