By: Sade February 09, 2010
I love that Sade and her band are back with this beautiful offering. These are all gems. Sade's voice is as great as ever. All tracks are really mesmerizing and at this moment i love the pensive "The Moon And The Sky" , the neo-bluesy "Be That Easy" and the reggae-lite "Babyfather". All other songs are superb as well, they are all killers no fillers here, but at this moment, these are the ones that... more

| 2. Crazy Love |
|
By: Michael Buble October 09, 2009
Crazy Love is one of Buble's best. "Cry Mr A River" is a wonderful, my father-in-law cryed when heard it. "Haven't Meet You Yet" just makes you smile, and bop around. If you like Mr. Buble, get this CD.
It will make your day!... more

| 3. Fearless |
|
By: Taylor Swift November 11, 2008
I bought FEARLESS hoping Taylor Swift had gone to the next level.. but sadly, the cd is full of simple, teen-pop songs that really have no substance or timeless quality. Let's all get real - Taylor is just another pop product that is today's flavor of the month... how can she be a "brilliant" songwriter when most of her lyrics feature lines like "I'm on the bleachers, you're on the dancefloor"... more

By: Alicia Keys December 15, 2009
I am so so impressed with this album. There is not one ballad on here that disappoints the soul. Alicia is so talented and beautiful and like the creator this is just a stunning piece of work. The beats on this are fab as well... more

By: Madonna April 06, 2010
I need to say, this woman is too good for words. I luckily got to see her in Los Angeles with special guests: Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. What was great about the show was that we cheered for Obama's victory and we got an awesome song for the request part: Dress You Up!
The show is simply amazing, Madonna does it like no one else. She is truly the Queen of Pop reinventing... more

By: Carrie Underwood November 03, 2009
I like Carrie Underwood's work, but at this point, nothing really jumps out. If you liked the first 2 albums you won't find anything to dislike about this album, except perhaps that it just feels like the first 2 albums with new lyrics... more

| 7. The Best of Sade |
|
By: Sade April 03, 2001
You know you're in the presence of a unique artist when radio stations around the USA not only built a format around your music, but named the format after a line in one of your songs. The "Quiet Storm" format of soft jazz and sophisticated R'n'B began to appear in the 80's when programmers so fell in love with Sade (and other artists like Anita Baker) that they built entire programming menus around... more

By: k.d. lang July 27, 2004
This is my third album of lang's and it does not disappoint. I already knew about half the songs from other artists so it was interesting to see what lang did with them. The control she has of her voice is truly amazing. I've always been a fan of female singers like Baez, Etheridge, Raitt and Sorrells, but none of them have the control of their vocal instrument like lang does. If there is any justice... more

By: Michael Bublé May 01, 2007
Michael Buble is here to carry the torch. It is so heartwarming to know that the Crooner and the Great American Songbook will not die out with the likes of Crosby,Sinatra, and Bennett. He's not a imitator or a mimic , but a true balladeer in the great tradition. ... more
