I wanted something to replace my Sharp YO-520 data organizer w/ 1 MB that was suffering from a screen going bad, without resorting to buying a smart phone and paying the $30/mo subscription fee. I have almost 2,000 names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, anniversaries, and passwords in my Sharp, so I pretty much can't live without this information. After three weeks of research, I decided... more

This computer worked nicely from when I received it last year to help me work with distance courses--and I was hoping it would replace an old CE-based H/PC. While reviews can focus on complaints or highlights, this one is longer and more general--and I hope helpful. The iPaq pocket PC is an interesting, small computer, but it was a little different than I thought it was, and to help those who are interested... more

Great PDA! Functional and a great addition to my regular PC uses. One thing that puzzles me... What the heck is that plastic piece, on the top of the unit, adjacent to the memory card insert? It slides out easily on my unit, requiring me to place a piece of tape over it to prevent accidental loss... more

It worked fine for the first six months then the battery began to take longer and longer to reach a full charge. Currently, it takes about a week if ever to reach a full charge. It has a wireless keyboard that never worked. For what you get, it's really over priced. I can see why they don't make this model anymore. It's a real a lemon. The earlier models worked much longer and were much more reliable... more

This is an OK PDA BUT there are definite dead areas' on the screen that simply do not respond at all. That coupled with the worst Wifi make this what would otherwise be a fine PDA. Also note, there is no camera (OK by me) and no voice memo capability.
Palm 'support' was entirely useless on this issue. Older Palm models worked better (Zire and 550) although the power connection ports on... more

I hope to be able to return the one I bought for $129 last week to the seller in LA CA. It was good in its day that is true. It was impossible for me to work with. Dell has no support available at all, "shame on them" if you ask me. You can't know how bad it is tell you have one. To those that have hopes of help on the after market...those hopes are unrealistic and nonexistent dreams from what I... more
