When you create your own review, the first question is "Are you over 13?" The Director's cut seems to go for a more serious and down to earth view which kills the fantasy. Starring: Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen, Sean Bean, Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom Directed By: Peter Jackson August 06, 2002
I have no doubt that this extended version of LOTR is the best film that most people have never seen. Those looking for a film on the scale of Avatar will probably not appreciate the feeling of independence that director Peter Jackson has crafted into this film. It is this "un-Hollywood" feeling... more
