| Starring: Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn Directed By: Jonathan Frakes, Chip Chalmers, Cliff Bole, Corey Allen, David Carson November 05, 2002
Season 5 of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" contains many predictable elements. Big surprise, the Enterprise encounters new aliens that test the crew's versatility and quick thinking as well as meeting old foes, like the Crystalline Entity and the Borg, who make them debate good and evil, right and wrong. Season 5 includes time travel, body possession, and transporter malfunctions. For a little titillation... more

Well, here I am, just after finishing the entire series, and I'm left in awe at what a great series this turned out to be, it's a wonder this series made it past season 1, because let's face it, this series did not start out on good terms (meaning the first season), because it was such atrocious, the acting, the bad hair, the bad uniforms, and most of all the bad story lines, well, thank god Paramount... more

| Starring: Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn Directed By: Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Adam Nimoy, Alexander Singer, Cliff Bole December 03, 2002
What a terrific season, I think this might be the best season in The Next Generation series, and that's saying a lot, because seasons 3, 4, and 5 are great beyond words, so to say this is the best season is pretty high ranks, of course I haven't seen season 7 yet, but I have it already (i have the whole series), and I except nothing less.
There is so much going for this season, from the... more

| Starring: Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn Directed By: Jonathan Frakes, Chip Chalmers, Cliff Bole, Corey Allen, David Livingston September 03, 2002
Season 3 of this series is where this show really hit it's stride, writers and producers got changed, the uniforms were changed, and the opening sequence was changed, and all for the better, because the first 2 seasons of this show were not that great, season 1 was a disgrace, season 2 was an improvement, but still left much to be desired, season 3 is where this series starts for me.
And... more

... After watching all 7 seasons on DVD now I have found that the visual quality is quite pleasant even on a large display (52" Bravia :)). So there's no real point in holding out as there probably wont be a "this-Gen" release anyway... more

This is my 1st Blue Ray movie. I didn't have the DVD version to compare with, but the video color and resolution are fabulous, and the audio is great. (Of course, I could be biased as a long-time fan.)... more

...I don't know. Once again, it seemed less like a movie and more of a long episode of the television series. The plot in this movie just seems too small for a feature film. The film reminded me of two TNG episodes, Who Watches the Watchers and Journey's End. The movie's effects aren't really up to par either. I know this was right after First Contact, which had, in my opinion, the best special... more

| | 9. Make the Yuletide Gay |
| Starring: Keith Jordan, Adamo Ruggiero, Hallee Hirsh, Kelly Keaton, Derek Long Directed By: Rob Williams November 10, 2009
Features:- MAKE THE YULETIDE GAY (DVD MOVIE)
"Making the Yuletide Gay" is a movie purchase that you will not be disappointed with. This movie is funny, heart warming, and a homerun from director Rob Williams. I walked away from this film with absolutely no suggestions on how it could have been better. From casting, the set, to the story line this film could not have been better made or written by any means. The characters are infectious and their... more

| | 10. Star Trek - Nemesis (Two-Disc Special Collector's Edition) |
| Starring: Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn Directed By: Stuart Baird October 04, 2005
Star Trek Nemesis. The movie that is reputed to have killed the franchise. This movie has the lowest box office return of any Trek film made to date, even lower than that of Final Frontier. However, I really don't think the movie is quite as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I think people's dislike for this movie stems from the fact that Star Trek was just starting to get old. And Nemesis came... more
