We purchased this DVD in order to get the Peter and the Wolf segment, Prokofiev's (sp?) musical narrative. It still delights: our four year old grandson is fascinated each time.
My husband and I watched the other segments, which are truly of another era or eras. All in all, pleasurable viewing. The Peter and the Wolf portion alone made it a worthwhile purchase... more

I found this much more engaging than the first movie. The first one just didn't do it for me. I was like, Pocahontas and John Smith?! Ummm...what? I think a lot of people didn't like this one because there was such a disconnect from the original. Not for me, though.
