excellent movie. enjoyed it just as much as i did when it played at the movie theater.

Hockey fan or no, this is the best sports movie ever made. Alright I'm a hockey fan. Nevertheless; if you have never seen this movie, watch it. And if you know what it's all about already, watch it again because this remastered version breathes new life into this great film. Go Chiefs! ... more

| | 3. Down Periscope |
| Starring: Kelsey Grammer, Lauren Holly, Rob Schneider, Harry Dean Stanton, Bruce Dern Directed By: David S. Ward February 03, 2004
I never get tired of this movie, because the casting was wonderful. Casting Rip Torn as an admiral was inspired. Kelsey Grammar was understated, yet delightfully unpredictable, as a sub captain of misfits. Harry Dean Stanton made a totally convincing old sea dog. Bruce Dern and Rob Schneider played obnoxiously ambitious nut jobs to perfection. Lauren Holly was sympathetic as a dive officer thrust... more

...if you're still in high school. Why is it, every movie like this I see, I feel like a total outsider. Maybe my sense of humor is at an all time low. I'm only 35 but this sort of movie no longer appeals to me. Hmmmmm. I never saw this in the theater so years later I finally rented it. And...I wish I hadn't. Some parts are funny but for the most part... more

This seller gave a good product description, sold the DVD at the best price I found, sent the product quickly, and I even received a note from the sellers expressing their concerns just in case I had any bad experience with the purchase (which I didn't), and how they would do whatever they could to insure a happy customer (which I already was)... more

I saw portions of this movie while on a road trip through various cities several years ago and had always wanted to see the full version. I wanted to get to a town or city where I could watch the whole movie but it never worked out. In fact, most of the time I would see almost the same section and could never get to the ending because of time constraints or whatever. I finally saw a chance of seeing... more

| | 9. Legally Blonde |
| Starring: Reese Witherspoon, Luke Wilson, Selma Blair, Matthew Davis, Victor Garber Directed By: Robert Luketic November 06, 2001
I graduated from law school recently, so seeing the Hollywood version of law school in Legally Blonde did make me gag. Law school isn't fun (neither is law practice). Despite that, I was able to laugh throughout this movie at the originality of the humor and sheer inanity of the plot twists. The fates collide to make Elle's first year at law school revolve around fashion knowledge more than habeas... more

Features:- Five years ago Dennis (Simon Pegg) was at the altar about to marry Libby (Thandie Newton), his pregnant fianc?e. He enters a marathon to show he's more than a quitter, but then finds out just how much
I loved this movie. Simon Pegg is an awesome actor and writer. The character he plays in this movie starts out in kind of a bad light but by the end the character is quite lovable and you begin to root from him. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is looking for a really good romantic comedy that ends in a non-traditional way. If you are a Simon Pegg fan, this movie is a must see... more
