| Starring: Ben Kingsley, Paul Mercurio, Martin Landau, Lesley Ann Warren, Alice Krige Directed By: Roger Young June 07, 2005
I really loved this movie ,it describes the biblical account pretty accurate. it starts w/ Joseph being sold to Egypt and backtracks after Joseph is accused from Potiphars wife, when Joseph defends himself in front of Potiphar through telling him his life story.I was clued to the screen the whole time. Also the actor for Joseph is very likable and also Jacob(Martin Landau) did a great performance... more

| Starring: Asia Argento, Cristian Solimeno, Adam James, Moran Atias, Valeria Cavalli Directed By: Dario Argento September 23, 2008
Poor old Dario - he had such a run of excellent films in the 70's and into the 80's but the last decade has seen the quality decline and just when you thought it couldn't possibly get any worse comes along "MOTHER OF TEARS" - the most godawful Argento ever to hit the screen.
Nothing works in this mis-fire... from the miscast and minimally talented Asia Argento in the starring role -... more

| | 8. Pope John Paul II |
| Starring: Valeria Cavalli, James Cromwell, Cary Elwes, Ben Gazzara, Giuliano Gemma Directed By: John Kent Harrison March 13, 2007
Features:- In this epic feature length film, John Voight delivers an incredibly inspirational portrayal of the life of the spiritual journey of Pope John Paul II Format: DVD MOVIE Genre: DRAMA Rating: NR Age: 883476000152 UPC: 883476000152 Manufacturer No: IP0015DVD
Though pretty standard fare, I cannot fail to be mesmerized by Voigt's performance here as Pope John Paul II. Of course, this comes after more than half the film's gone, and one must endure the ever-annoying Cary Elwes as the young Karol Wojtyla--Voigt only steps in the Shoes of the Fisherman when Wojtyla ceases to be Karol and becomes the pope. His accent, body language and impeccable skills give... more

When a boxing promoter gets Bomber to train a natural, it's time for revenge. Format: DVD MOVIE Genre: ACTION/ADVENTURE Rating: NR Age: 018619645178 UPC:&n
Being a fan of Bud Spencer and Terence Hill comedies, including the music, I reckon this movie is good. That is even although it's not considered one of Bud Spencer's best comedies. (Otherwise there would surely be more editions and releases of it.) A South African, Kallie Knoetze, plays the part of an American soldier boxer. The movie is also a good example of how American soldiers can misbehave... more

| | 10. A Blade in the Dark |
| Starring: Andrea Occhipinti, Anny Papa, Fabiola Toledo, Michele Soavi, Valeria Cavalli Directed By: Lamberto Bava May 29, 2001
In an interview, Lamberto Bava explained that he quit directing gialli (Italian thrillers) because he disliked seeing women killed. This is unfortunate because the world probably missed out on some good gialli. "A Blade in the Dark" was his masterpiece. It exemplifies the Italian giallo because it has the following: 1) Gorgeous women; 2) Murder sequences that are creative and gruesome; 3) Numerous... more
