| 1. Bitch Slap (Unrated) |
| Starring: Debbie Lee Carrington, Michael Hurst, Ron Melendez, Kevin Sorbo, William Gregory Lee Directed By: Rick Jacobson March 02, 2010
It's got hot chicks with killer bodies, cleavages in low-cut dresses out the wazoo, and crazy, chick-fighting goodness. What more could you ask for from your B-exploitation flick? How about some hot lesbian sex between said hot chicks and gratuitous, impromptu wet T-shirt fights involving previously mentioned hot chicks thrown in for good measure? Got your attention now, huh? "Bitch Slap" is that movie... more

I wouldn't put this movie in the top drawer of Hitchcock's output but it's still well worth watching. With the DVD, the extra features are very illuminating and watching the analysis of people like Peter Bogdanovich deepens the viewer's understanding and enjoyment.
The movie is based on a successful play by Frederick Knott, one of those playwrights much celebrated in their own time and... more

| | 4. Spy Kids |
| Starring: Alexa Vega, Daryl Sabara, Antonio Banderas, Carla Gugino, Alan Cumming Directed By: Robert Rodriguez September 18, 2001
I hated this movie with a passion. It's a love letter that Robert Rodriguez has written to himself in celebration of how clever and talented he thinks he is.
The movie is chock full of stuff. It's loud, obnoxious and undeniably fast-paced. Yet it somehow manages to be a big bore. There's next to no character development at all; all these characters are one-dimensional and unappealing... more

First and foremost, "Kings row" is a film that anticipated itself for years to late classics (All the king's men, for instance). Behind the peaceful facade of a small town, two men (Ronald Reagan in his lifetime `s performance and Robert Cummings, who would be the star in Hitchcock's Sabotage) will grow up and experience in own flesh the moral decay and relentless corruption.

| | 9. Sweet Land - A Love Story |
| Starring: Elizabeth Reaser, Lois Smith, Patrick Heusinger, Stephen Pelinski, Tim Guinee Directed By: Ali Selim July 10, 2007
Sweet Land is rare movie these days in that it is actually a movie. The visuals tell the story with sparse dialogue to support. I never understood when films went from silent to talkies, the talking had to multiply tenfold. Beyond that, however, it is just a beautiful and emotional tale of humanity and americana. And I don't think I need any more words to describe it... more
