"Cadet Kelly" is a pretty decent Hilary Duff movie...she's made better ones, but this one is one of her more interesting films. It shows her go through hell being enlisted in military school after her mother marries an army general and they move to another state. Check this one out, along with "Raise Your Voice"...a film that any Hilary Duff fan should definitely see and own. It's one of her best... more
