This set is worth its price if only for the first three movies alone. I cannot recommend this set enough. The movies have great pacing and they do not look that were cut from a series of 52 episodes.

This is an 90's anime that only had 2 episodes which makes me mad cause in that case this should of been a movie if they won't make a series out of it with several episodes. It's the manga off of the orginial live action anime back in 1972 now animated.

This one was only 50 minutes, so I expected a story with a paper-thin plot and pretty much no action. Well, it's got the paper-thin plot, but a ton of action that made me forget there's even supposed to be a plot. The cool retro music that played when Falcon fights Gomez is great too. if you're in for the story, i recommend watching this only for closure. especially if you sat through the whole double zeta series like i did.
i really wish they would've at least given this a mini series to add more depth to the story. also, i really wish they would get rid of the horrible teenage girl characters that just distract you from the real story and add frustration and embarassment... more

I have the City Hunter Series, Movies & Comics and I have seen the Movies & Series in English, Chinese and finally in Japanese. I find that when you watch just the movies as I did at the start, you will be alittle confused especially if you are looking for a lot of detail as some details are cut out like LOTR when they made it into a series.
