I LOVE Jaws, liked Jaws 2 even more, Jaws 3 less than Jaws 2 but more than 1, and liked The Revenge the best. This 2 disc set comes with a never before seen interview with S.Spielberg, and a 2 hour documentry. It has a lot of bonous features. It also has been remastered, but not very well. Jaws 2 was remastered better. This movie is one of the most captivating movies EVER, has an amazing... more

| Starring: Christopher Eccleston, Kevin Knapman, Michael Ryan, Kristopher Lundon, Joe Cottrell Boyce Directed By: Alex Cox July 20, 2004
Once, over dinner, I heard the late Fielding Dawson chortle:
"Body heat is a Fielding Dawson film! It's just so full of everything that is me!" I thought at the time it was the wine and the star-struck company working on this middle-aged writer's brain, but now I too have found a film to cackle over: Alex Cox's The Revenger's Tragedy. Indeed, I've been cackling over the original... more

| Starring: Eisei Amamoto, Steve Boone, Joe Butler, Frank Buxton, Mie Hama Directed By: Taniguchi, Senkichi July 15, 2003
My co-workers recommended this movie saying how great and funny it was, but it fell short of the hype. It fell WAY short - even if they hadn't hyped it up. The whole theme and dialog is very uncohesively slapped together, and the comedy is far from clever, or even funny. Over the course of the whole movie, I probably only laughed 3-4 times... more

| | 10. The Brylcreem Boys |
| Starring: Bill Campbell, Chris 'Kit' Ryan, Jean Butler, Gabriel Byrne, Hal Fowler Directed By: Terence Ryan July 05, 2000
This was a very engaging period drama based on some true events which occurred during the war. Although perhaps the movie is a bit fanciful, it presents (with an Irish sense of humor included) a picture of history that is little-known to the American audience. I would definitely watch this again and again. Byrne fans may be a bit disappointed that his role is not greater in the story, but even so... more
