what a great slasher flick moon night stalker although some acting was not that great it was a good slasher flick of the 80's. i have always been a fan of the campfire stories at night. when your out in the woods, around by the fire, it is a great time for a killer story.
Great low-budget late 80s flick! I bought this in a clearance bin for .99 and thought the picture on the cover looked kinda cool with the kids around a campfire - Figured for .99 what could I lose. I was totally taken in from the first scene. Great atmosphere, eerie music circa early 80s horror flicks and just an enjoyable unnoticed horror movie from the late 80s.
Somehow the bad acting doesn't overshadow the overall fun of this movie. There is a chilling scene where the counselors are singing and swaying around the campfire...or are they. Don't miss out on this overlooked gem.
Goofy but FUN! ok the acting is bad.. the story kinda sux and the effects are crappy as well..
but who cares this movie is actually a pretty decent idea EVEN IF IT'S BEEN DONE TO DEATH and the killer was pretty groovy.. I just wish he had stayed in the straight jacket and hood outfit throughout the entire movie!
but oh well none of you will be reading this will you?
