| 1. Dragon Ball Z Double Feature - The History of Trunks / Bardock the Father of Goku (Steelbook) |
|
Starring: Masako Nozawa, Mayumi Tanaka, Hiromi Tsuru, Ry Horikawa, Takeshi Kusao Directed By: Ueda February 19, 2008
Compared to the six dragon ball z movie releases this is slightly not as good. I believe the picture of these movies were actually cropped from 4:3 into 16:9 compared to the movies that were originally produced in 16:9. The great part about it that makes up for those small mishaps are that these two stories are some of the best ever told. I love how these movies look on my HD television because you... more

This is defiently the best Dragonball Z movie ever down to actual movie itself and the soundtrack that was chosen for it; no plot details need to be given but I most certainly suggest that if you are a Dragonball Z fan then you will not be disappointed with the uncut version of this film being twice as good as the edited... more

Funny, a lot of people really like this movie. Honestly, I don't really like it, I mean it was kind of boring & dull. I will probably never watch it again, I felt it was a waste of time, I actually thought it would have been realy good. Well, at least I know I dont like the movie. I mean I learned some new information about the new character but I dont think it was all that great. It was just okay... more

|
Starring: Ellen Kennedy, Jason Gray-Stanford, Daphne Goldrick, Gerard Plunkett, Janyse Jaud July 04, 2006
From the creator of Ranma 1/2 and Inu-Yasha. This series is very dated (the 80's) so the animation will cause some people to balk. I suggest reading the series and then watching the show. Some of the manga can't translate well to animation and, again, it's very dated but I'm still a fan. The DVD's don't have any extra's, only an option to listen in English or Japanese with subtitles (how I watch)... more

Trigun in an inventively designed anime revolving around a character known as Vash the Stampede. Vash the Stampede is an has a quirky, clumsy personality, yet seems as if to have an alternate ego, in tight situations. I don't know why I liked it so much, the vibe and the scenery of the movies was good.
I don't know why any one cares about the f**k being used it's not like it was used in a degrading way is far as I remember.
SUPRISINGLY the english dubbed was good, besides different english accents, so what! It is english dubbed, I don't care if their are southern, english and american... more

This dvd is a must for dbz fans. It even has 5 episodes instead of 3 and that is awesome. I would buy this trunks dvd because in my opinion it is one of the best sagas on dbz.
My only problem with the dvd is that the picture seems kinda grainy. It seems like the picture could be clearer and fine tuned but this also beats the 3 episode VHS version by far. So if you want the trunks saga... more
