This move is very strange, but Neil Gaiman is one of the writers and I found it very unique. The visual style is fantastic and it shares Gaiman's typical fantasy styling. I always wanted to see this movie, and renting it at 99 cents is a great deal.
Joe Pesci hauls 8 heads in a duffel bag from NJ to San Diego.
The mobster mayhem and mix up starts there, when the bag gets mixed up with a tourist and his family traveling to Mexico via San Diego.
This is really a feature for Joe Pesci humor, style and slapstick.
