After reading numerous reviews of the quality of this Blu-ray disc, I bought it on Amazon. I was very disappointed. the movie is grainy. Sure you can say it has the grain from film. Just please tell us in the review. I was expecting a Planet Earth quality. It is hard to get by the graininess since HD shows it even more.
I won't review the movie but I think the DVD may be a better option... more

This is the kind of movie that makes over zealous history buffs sob desperately into their ancient urns.
This movie is a car wreck, which is another point in it's disfavour because there wasn't one car chase to be found. Shame on you, Producers!
The only thing not overblown in this is the skirts that the blokes wear, which is probably a good thing as I'm unclear on whether there... more

I finally got around to seeing this film after so much talk about how awesome it is, and so many spoofs and parodies done about it. Totally Awesome! After studying film, I enjoy that this movie, although very CGI (but you couldn't pull off even 1/20 the visuals without it), this movie takes you into the mystical and inspiring world of ancient Greece, and tells of the legendary 300 spartans.more

This isn't a movie review and that's why the grade. I LOVE this movie beginign to end, but the special features are awfully boring and simplistic that doesn't worth your or my money.
There is absolutely nothing cool about them. No enterviews, no featuretes, no deleted scenes, no comic book comparations, no special effect documentary, no make up documentary, no nothing.
