Great Game for Yu-Gi-Oh! lovers ^ This game was for my 9 year old. I love that it's keeping him entertained longer than other games. The levels get hard, but not too hard where he would lose interest in the game. Sure, he gets frustrated, but after leaving it for a while he's back at it and accomplishes the level. Although I don't like him to spend his day playing games, I do like that he gets to figure out problems on his own and thus gets a sense of accomplishment. It's not for children that don't have patience as each level brings new, harder problems that take time to learn and react.
If you are a Yu-Gi-Oh Fan ^ If you are a fan: pros: The UI for the duel is well done. The numbers of cards are great. You can duel with almost every NPC. Races (very simplistic) Other modes (havent played them yet)
cons: Beginner deck is weak. forbidden cards you have to see a card before you can actually use the code of it.
If you are not a fan: Look for something else. The graphics, the sound & story are lame. The duels are more than five minutes each so you can get bored fast cause the game is about that.
Good but... ^ This is an awesome game but the first boss is too freakin' HARD! Lenny with his bug deck...in two turns everytime I battle him he has 2 monsters over 2500 ATK points on the field and I never get lucky enough to draw Mirror Force or any other trap that would help me. If he's that hard I can't imagine the other bosses.
Yu-gi-oh 5 D's ^ My son really loves this game although it takes a long time to build a deck to be able to play on line.He plays it a lot well worth the $$$ for a yu-gi-oh fan.
Its great game ^ This game is great for people who love yugioh. It has a majority of cards untill after Rise of Crisis pack but some minor cards are missing that woulnd't even be missed. probably the best thing abuot this game is the ability to play with others on the wifi and how the rules and ban lish can be updated.
