Just like al the others If you can fint a regular yoga mat for cheaper, you should buy that one. this is more because it carries the Wii logo. but this mat is just like every other yoga mat out there.
Cool product for the matching set It is more expensive than a regular mat, but if you can afford the matching set it is worth it.
wii mat The mat helps with the yoga moves and to give some padding with some of the strength moves. Any yoga mat would do but this matching mat is a little special.
