5 out of 5 starsGreat episode -- What a great ending!
How could I possibly give a free episode of House less than 5 stars. As a devoted House fan, this episode is one of the best ever. This is an absolute must see even if you're not a House fan. This review was for Season 4 Episode 1 which is no longer free. Waaahhhh!

4 out of 5 starsSeason 4 Episode 1
I was actually amazed at how I got absorbed back into the show. I was thinking I wouldnt like it anymore now that Chase, Cameron, and Foreman were gone. I do miss there characters though and am wondering if they may be comming back due to their names still being in the opening credits? Any ideas?

2 out of 5 starsLost its Edge
My local library has the first three seasons on DVD & I tore through them. The shows were great, House was the perfect character & the surrounding cast was outstanding, too. Then season 3 ended, I couldn't wait for the new season to start, but man, was I disappointed.

The edge was gone, House no longer acts like jerk with a purpose, instead, he's just a jerk. And why did the writers hold onto some of House's staff, they're trying to have the best of both worlds, ie, keep the old and bring in the new.

I could go on, but for me, the surest sign that the show's going downhill is that House didn't take one pill on the season opener. Not one. That's not the same House I've been watching for three seasons.

5 out of 5 starsAs good if not better.
I've been watching House for three seasons, and I had quite high expectations for the premiere of the fourth season. Well, it didn't let me down. The writing has gotten marginally better, but aside from that, it's the same as the previous three seasons. Bravo!

5 out of 5 starsGreat opener!
I loved the past seasons to the show and this season premier was outstanding. I cannot wait for the next episode!
