Product Description: Celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Star Wars, with the Luke Skywalker Episode IV Force FX Lightsaber from Master Replicas! In 1977, with the opening of A New Hope, a generation of movie-goers watched in awe as Obi-Wan Kenobi handed Luke Skywalker the lightsaber that had once belonged to the boys own father. In an instant, Luke ignited the blade and for the first time, the world saw the glow, and heard the now-familiar hum of the sci-fi weapon that would go on to capture the imaginations of millions!
30 years later, Master Replicas is proud to offer the Luke Skywalker Episode IV Force FX Lightsaber a functional replica of the first lightsaber ever seen in the Star Wars Saga!
An enhanced glowing blue blade with realistic power-up and power-down light effects. The power-up and power-down light effects are produced by a string of 64 super-bright LEDs that ignite sequentially inside the blade. Features motion sensor controlled sound effects digitally recorded from the movie: power-up, idle hum, swing, clash, and power-down. 3 built-in motion sensors for super sensitivity: 2 for detecting movement and 1 for detecting the impact of the blade. Takes 3 AA batteries.
Very cool item I really enjoy this item, my litte son (2 years old) usually plays with the sword, i can say it is pretty durable, it has only little scratches not visibles at naked eye, which is good.
Lightsaber This product is awesome! I'm sure it will turn heads in Halloween parties. It is also perfect in the showcase cabinet.

It's a lightsaber. This is a great product. Anyone who sees one in person immediately decides that they must have one. My only complaint is that it does not include a Parfait.
