very good deal! it's compact for carry-on & LCD screen is large enough (at this point in time)to see pictures before printing them out. Also, the quality of pictures are impeccable! I just love it!
Fantastic! This is a great little camera. I highly recommend it. I bought it to replace an older digital made by a different company. Wow! They have really come a long way in the technology of these little jewels. Unlike older models, it turns on instantly, has a mega-huge display in the back that is brilliant as far as its colors and brightness goes. And it takes really great pictures and video too! I've been very impressed with the features as well -- so many! Unless you are a professional photographer or a hard-core hobbyist, this is the perfect camera for you. If you just want something you can stick in your pocket, carry in a backpack or purse, and have ready in a moments notice to take great pics, buy this camera.
My first digital camera & I like it The big LCD screen is the seller for someone like me who needs reading glasses. Since this is my first digital camera, I feel a steep learning curve. But both the basic & more comprehensive guides are helping me make use of the many features.

Not good for videos I got this camera for mostly one reason. Posting videos on Youtube. Although this camera is not good for videos. You have to buy a 8gb memory card just to hold around ten minutes of video. Which costs a lot of money. Plus the picture on the video is horrible. you have to stay completely still just to make out faces. The pictures are also blurry. If you want to use a camera for videos more then pictures then get the Canon PowerShot SD1000 7.1MP Digital Elph.
