Product Description: Since Master Replicas released the very first Force FX Lightsaber in 2002, fans have been clamoring for a Yoda Force FX. Unfortunately, due to the small size of Yoda's hilt, Master Replicas' team of product designers and engineers have been unable to fit all of the necessary light and sound technology in place to create a "realistic" Yoda FX that would live up to the standards of its' predecessors - that is, until now! With recent breakthroughs in Force FX technology, we are pleased to announce that the Yoda Force FX Lightsaber has become a reality!
Since Yoda was created digitally for the prequel trilogy, his lightsaber was also a digital construct. And so, Lucasfilm once again granted Master Replicas engineers access to the ILM computer files and reference images, allowing for the creation of the most authentic, realistic Force FX lightsaber possible. While the Yoda Force FX Lightsaber is smaller than anything released to date - measuring roughly 33-inches (including the blade), versus average Force FX which measures 44 inches - remember, as Yoda taught us, "Size Matters Not!" And of course, the Yoda Force FX features:
ú An enhanced glowing green blade with realistic power-up and power-down light effects. The power-up and power-down light effects are produced by a string of 64 super-bright LEDs that ignite sequentially inside the blade.
ú Five motion sensor controlled sound effects digitally recorded from the movie: power-up, idle hum, swing, clash, and power-down.
ú 3 built-in motion sensors for super sensitivity: 2 for detecting movement and 1 for detecting the impact of the blade.
ú A durable metal hilt looks and feels like a real lightsaber.
ú A sturdy blade is permanently attached to the hilt.

Jedi Power! This toy does exactly what they say it will and it rocks the cheese out of most toys like it.
Great Accessory I admit that when I ordered this I was uneasy - Yoda, after all, is a tiny fellow, and I'm not. But I was encouraged by other reviews regarding the saber's size and ordered it. I was NOT disappointed! The sound is strong, size is still very good in the hand and the light is amazing. My wife is a costume maker and made me a Jedi outfit for Halloween 2 years ago, and I put the whole get-up on with the light saber and felt like I was an extra in the Star Wars saga! A great addition to ANY SW collection - no matter how young (or old) you are!
Yoda Force FX Lightsaber I was surprised when opening the box, why? This saber is smaller than i thought (why? because my experience with Anakin ROTS which are bigger, longer, and heavier). At first, kinda dissapointed because the blade size and length, but when i try to spin and swing just like in the movie, woaaaaah this saber is perfect! Compared with Anakin ROTS, this one is easy to hold, and the weight just fit with my arms power.
Recommended for person with short finger or having problem with holding heavy object, this saber is light and small.
You must carefully to treat the emitter and the switch box because the black paint is easy to scratch.
Master Replicas Yoda Force FX Lightsaber Be aware that this Yoda lightsaber is a little shorter than the others. Other than that, it looks like the real thing under dimmer lighting.
Indeed a must for a true Star Wars fan I too read reviews and searched a lot before deciding on buying this one. The reason I bought it was because it was my first Lightsaber and I wanted to first test the quality of Master Replicas products. Since it came a lot cheaper than the other FX Lightsabers I decided it was the one for me to try. And wasn't I thrilled the first time I turned it on and heard the authentic starwars lightsaber sound powering up! It came with a stand too so now I have a place I can display it with pride and joy for all my visitors to see (but not touch!)! I love waiting until night time to light up the room or garden with green glow from this super product! I am really happy with the weight(nice and heavy), brightness (great in the night, not bad in the day time) and sound (loud enough for people upstairs to hear when I turn it on!). It needs only 3 AAA batteries to power up. I expected maybe a rechargeable one but this is fine too. Batteries not included of course. Now I am inspired to collect them all!! Someone should get the Ultra Sabers (http://www.ultrasabers.com/) on Amazon too! They seem pretty cool as well!
