Not as advertised This thing will not play AVI files as claimed. When you select the AVI file, the screen goes black for a second the returns to the menu. Playing AVIs is the primary reason I purchased this thing.
The feed back page on their web page has a contact section, but when you try, it will not take your comments. It responds with a statement that says I'm using an unapproved Domain.

Good stuff; can be improved Nice picture quality. The look n feel of the hardware is great. However, the thin plastic covering on the screen (which I believe is meant for protection) formed air bubbles which ruined picture quality. I wish it had a better covering.
Product short-commings not reflected in price Not stated anywhere in the manual - if you are using a USB flash card that has more than 2004 pictures, - some pictures will never be displayed. The frame will display only the first 2004 pictures.
ALSO the random shuffle mode is not really random at all, the same pictures will be cycled over and over like 1st, 5th, 8th, etc, but other pictures will never get displayed.
Customer technical support is rude (they do not even pretend to be polite and hang up on you if you ask questions tey do not know the answers to) and they are not knowledgable. I am an experienced computer engineer and my opinion is that this piece of electronics is not a quality product, however the price is quite high and does not reflect the short-commings.
bad machine I purchased the Coby 10" digital photo frame with a 4 gb card (shown as an accessary). It did not work and I sent it back, but Coby made me pay freight both ways. I received a new one and it also didn't work. I went out and purchased another 4gb card and it still didn't work. Now they won't even answer my e-mails for support.
digital photo frame. The product was meant as a wedding gift for the son of a friend of mine overseas.They arevery satisfied with it.
