Improves Motor Skills! We LOVE this Series! Autism Approved! My autistic son just loves this set. So what if the top falls off once in a while. What did you expect? It's a building set intented for repeat construction. That's what blocks are for...build it up..tear it down and start all over again. I would never superglue my sons blocks together.
cool toy Any kid who likes pirates and dragons and the like will love this, naturally. But I hated putting it together and my son is only five so the top half of the light tower falls off if you touch it more than gently. But I love this series of toys and would recommend it to anyone.
It will come apart easily, unless your superglue it. We got this toy from MegaBrands as compensation for the numerous toys they sold that were recalled because of lead paint. I can understand why they give it away. It is a cheap immitation of Lego blocks. My 6 year old used it for about 2 minutes before parts collapsed. He rebuilt it, it collapsed again. We superglued it together so that he could use it. The same was true of the Pyrates ship they sent. The interlocking pieces are either cut too small or were made on the cheap and they don't align properly. Either way, it makes for a toy that is unuseable. If they allowed zero stars, I would have given it a zero overall rating.
