Garmin Dashboard Mount For Street Pilot This product actually stays on my dashboard, and does not move, even when I take turns. It is so easy to remove the whole product and hide it without unplugging it. When I enter my car, all I do is put it back on the dash board. I purchased a couple for Christmas gifts.

Works well on my c340 Purchased this mount for my c340 model and it fits fine. I use it with my Murano, which has portion of the dashboard almost horizontal to the floor. I do not notice much movement even when I am on the highway, other then slight vibration. Overall its very good, I wish it had some height adjustment that would allow me to place it closer to the steering wheel without much obstruction.
Improved on the previous dash mount Had one before that worked but the power chord connection at the mount frayed and we had to replace it. I was pleased they changed the connector to the mount with a breakaway connection rather than the hard wired one on the previous mount.
We prefer this type mount because we can easily store the entire GPS in the center console to remove the theft temptation and it puts the unit in a better visible position to the driver. We had a window mount and I found it to be a big distraction and went to this one.
THis mount should have been supplied when I purchased my Garmin c330. If I had received this mount with my unit initially I would not have had to purchase this one. It seems to suit every application except windshield and I found that unacceptable anyway. I whole heartedly recommend this mount to anyone who does not want to mount it permanently. I would never want to make the mount permanent anyway because it does not give you any flexibility of use on more than one vehicle.
Works Great! Bought this for the wife's Saturn Vue. It worked so much better than the suction cup mount. Now she has a Saturn Vue Hybrid and it works great. We've had it for weeks now and we went on a 4 hour trip and it stays in place. Definitely recommend.
