Glad to find it again! One of my kids favorites! I'm buying a replacement copy. I agree these things are durable, I sent one through the wash last month and in the morning it was fine. I agree this one is a bit of a challenge (i.e. frustrating) in parts, BUT the upside of this is that although we lost it a year ago (after having it for over a year) I have no qualms about buying it again (I've been looking at the stores to no avail), for my now almost 8 year old son knowing he'll still have fun with it and my almost 4 year old daughter knowing she'll love it again just because it's the Incredibles! Highly recommended!
The Incredibles are incredible! My [..]son LOVES this game. Many of the other leapster cartridges that are geared for his age are too easy. This one challenges him. He does most of the work himself with occassional help from me. I love the entire Leapster line and this game has not let us down one bit.
Great Learning !!! My six year son loves to strive to get the access cards. Even though he has me doing all the work in the adding section he sits there and watches me and is learning from me. This is a little too advance for him as far as the math. But he is learning slowly but surely.
Incredibly Fun - BUT Tough to Complete! I purchased this game for my 7-year-old girl, who has several other Leapster cartridges. While the educational material was not too easy nor too challenging for her, she became frustrated that she could not earn a certain "ticket" she needed in order to complete the final level (one section requires tickets earned during other section playtimes). I myself tried to get that specific ticket for her several times, and I wasn't able to, even after over an hour of MY playing for it.
Still, it was fun (yes, even for me!) and a big "must-have" for any "Incredibles" fan between 7 and 9 years old.
Incredibles game review My 9 year old was frustrated at first, but after persevering, he has really enjoyed this game. The newness has worn off after a while, but he still enjoys it. The academics is a little young and easy for him. My 6 year old has played it as well and enjoys it too.
