2 out of 5 starsCrappy transfer
As mentioned by other reviewers, the picture quality of these releases is below par. It looks like they were mastered from old fullscreen VHS tapes - picture is grainy and dull, colors aren't sharp. Plus "Prom Night 3: The Last Kiss" is the tamer edited-for-television version.

I wish I could get a refund. Steer clear of this release.

5 out of 5 starsShe's Back..........again!
If you are a horror buff that loves ALL horror movies, and not JUST the ones with the '05 special effects, you'll love this one,I did. The humor is a little dry, but I still loved it.

5 out of 5 starsBOTH ARE FUN AND GOOD FLICKS!!!!!!
Prom Night 3 is awesome has a hot sexy cast and the story is the same as Prom Night 2!!!!!! Mary Lou is back in action killing students and teachers again,but this time she is in love with Zach Gillian!!!!!!!! Prom Night 3 is a five star movie and as far as the other one i would have to give it a four star it wasn't as good as the other one!!!!!!! Check them out!!!!

3 out of 5 starsIt's Not Who You Come WIth, It's Who Takes You Home
~~~~~Prom Night 3 (*** 3 Stars)~~~~~
Prom Night 3 takes the character from Part 2, Mary Lou and does an interesting thing with her character for this film. Mary Lou has gotten her revenge and shes still floting around the school. And with nothing to do and no one left to kill who needs killing she falls in love with one of the students and helps him go from a nobody to an honour student and his grades and ppopularity increase. However, anybody that keeps trying to get in the way, interfear with him, or find out whats really going on, there fate is dealt with by Mary Lou.
However he is not too happy with her killings, she cant stop and he's doubhting it will work out.... will he work it out with Mary Lou? or will he tell her it's over and turn his life upside down? ...duh
Overall I thought it was pretty interesting. I thought for a moment it's pretty original for a ghost to fall in love with a human, but then I thought a film called High Spirits and a few others, but this one is unique in it's own way. This is done more in a Horror way. However, keep in mind that this is a Horror/Comedy. So blood and gore fans who just wanna see brutality, or those who dont like comedy with there decapatations might not like this film.
I guess maybe if you like Night Of The Living Dead or Sean Of The Dead kind of movies, you might enjoy this movie.
Theres no bonus features at all. I think this movie is still better then the 1st, but it's not as good as part 2. But it's in 2nd place of all 4 movies for me!
~~~~~Prom Night 4 (* One Star)~~~~~~

This time Prom Night hasnt got anything to do with Mary Lou. Which I think is the wrong direction. I find it pretty stale, humorless, goreless and pretty boring at times. Suprsingly it does come with a trailer which is more then any of the others can say. But this film just shouldnt have been added to the Prom Night saga. It's the typical horney teenagers, unsupervised, haunted house thing. Seen it, zzzzz. I can see why it was added with part 3.

Tho I give it 1 star, I kind of lean more to just below 2 stars.. kind of a one and a half star rating. I've seen alot worse, but I would probably give those films -1 stars. But this film just needed blood and guts to be affective rather then a done-to-death already senario.

2 out of 5 starsProm Night. III..! -They shooed of stick with.. -II..
They sure did lose the past spirit of the first; -and
second. -Movie. -Though; -this movie turns out as a
B - - Movie; -in hole. -The movie looks like a
dead end comedy. -Without the lightness of
horror; -two it. -Their is nothing two

thank god about for this sequel. -It is nothing
but a joke.. -After you seen the ending. -I do
remember this movie focusing on the hole teen
horror genera. -Rather then being a real horror
movie. -Director; -Pitman; -and; -Oliver. -Have
lost faith; -and; -don't get back the horror
farce. -That did with the second sequel.

All we get is some average joe in this movie ho
will be cutt off from his friends. -But when he
cuts off his real girl friend. -He meets a hotty
back in town. -Her name is; -Mary Lou Maloney.!
but a vicious High Schooler senior. -Ho
susposedly; -burn in; -1957. -By her idiot
boyfriend. -Ho came a high school principle.

At; -Hamilton High.. -Their is a lot of funny
stuff in this movie. -It nothing mare joke for
the director. -The script writer. -"Prom Night II
Was one of the best ones; -in; -1987. -Then
they decide two turn this thing into a slap
stick horror that was campy. -This movie even
felt like a soap in some way.

The charactor of the movie. -Is; -Alex; -Played
by; -some; -Canadian; -actor. -Ho learns that
Mary Lou don't like two play games. -But
instead she really do some gross out kills.

Including putting an ice cream two the teachers
stomach.. -She seduces the guy. -But he will
out smart her at the end. -Oh. -His sweat
heart is killed at the end.. -Where Mary
Lou comes out of her body..

I do remember that part.. -I also don't like
those zombie dancing girls. -Their nothing but a
joke.. -So is the campy comedy. -The sequel
goes two a real danger.. -Does not know

when two quit on it's own..!
