Editorial Comments

Amazon.com:
Inspired by a classic video game, the animated Zoids comes with a ready-made and uniquely appealing story line and characters. Set on the desert planet Zi, where mechanized robot beasts known as Zoids are piloted by humans in fierce battles against one another, this episodic anime adventure series centers on a 16-year-old junk dealer named Bit Cloud. The unlikely choice of a catlike Zoid hero named Liger Zero to be the latter's intuitive pilot, Bit becomes a champion fighter for the warrior group Team Blitz. The four tales on this program explore Bit and Liger's feats of derring-do, as well as Bit's struggle for acceptance by his teammates. The fights are fun, the romantic conflicts are juicy, and Liger's courageous heart is a thing to behold. The show plays regularly on the Cartoon Network. --Tom Keogh

5 out of 5 starsWhere's The Box Set?!?!?!?!?!
I absolutely love this series! It had interesting characters, good plots, and awesome fights! I hate digging for these DVDs, though, so bring on a box set! Oh, and ditch the crappy Chaotic Century series.

5 out of 5 starsMemories
i got to say this dvd brings back so many memories. i wish there was something i could do to bring back the show to tv..but i guess there really isnt anything to do. oh well, but i highly recomend this movie/dvd.

5 out of 5 starsOMG SUSI!!!!
OMG SUSI!!! You want people to actually put you in Zoids? That person actually sounds normal! Compared to what your really like. And yeah rite you really have 28 friends!!! U suk! WE ALL KNO CLOUD'S NOT REAL!!! UR SUCH A BAD LIAR!!!!

love CLOUD CHANELLE - Beverly hills (yea rite!!!!)

2 out of 5 starsNot that good
I'm a huge fan of Zoids Chaotic Century but I'v seen this one many times and it just lacks plot & character devolopment.

It might have alot of great CGI action, a great dub, great music & good looking characters but its missing what makes an anime good. Which is of course the characters and plot. The last 3 eps were pretty cool but I get sick of the Biltz team ALWAY winning. I think they only lost once.

But hey, some people like action packed stuff like this. Like Spriggan(which I hated). If you wanna just have some fun and watch Zoids fight each other then go for it but if your looking for a good anime look somewhere else, or at least see Chaotic Century.

4 out of 5 starsGood but it gets better
The first few episodes are good and inform you of the characters, but the last few episodes are by far the best. It's not as thought provoking as titles like Gundam Wing but it's still fun to watch. This is wonderful for children and people who just enjoy anime, especially if you like more comedic anime with a bit of action.
