In 1987, Games Workshop released Warhammer 40K (40,000) and along with it a line of war-gaming miniatures that have in recent years evolved in design and execution to become a modular set of great war-gaming model miniatures. The Space Marine Dreadnought is a result of this process. In game terms they are powerful mechanical soldiers controlled by the spirits of mortally wounded warrior heroes who are buried within their armored shells. They are a prominent combat piece to any Space Marine Army and demand attention on the battlefield. In terms of modeling, the Space Marine Dreadnought is a relatively simple model to construct, but its modular weapons and replaceable accessories give the completed model great customizability.
Space Marine Dreadnought review The model goes together very easily. Plenty of options to personalize it. I would recommend at least 1 of these for every Space Marine player.
