A Wonderful book filled of concept and graphic design This is one of the awesome books i have found in the last years, it not only talk about the movie but about all the process of design and the concepts in the creation of the atmosphere and characters of the movie. It really worth the price. The quality of the prints and the paper are great too. i recommended it widely for those who want to know about the concepts and graphic inspirations and character expressions.
There will be a reprint, a cheaper price, i waited 3 months, but i have it now. Be patient.
It's AWWWWWWWESOME! Picture books as beautiful as this one are not often published. If you are an animation artist, a cartoonist, an illustrator, or a fan of graphic arts, you'll enjoy its pages more than the movie itself. If you didn't like the movie, have your head examined!
Good book, but not for me.... I have The Art of The Incredibles" and it is absolutely fantastic! I like the characters alot in Kung Fu Panda and based on the other reviews figured it would be a great book. It is a good book and very complete but way too many digital paintings and renderings for my taste. The thing that I liked most about the Art of The Incredibles was all of the artwork done in traditional mediums like pencil, marker, gouache, watercolor, even collage. I am not a fan of digital artwork and this book is about 98% digital. I am oldschool though, and most people buying this book will be excited that most of it is digital...
Awesome This is a great book both for the animation aspect and just to enjoy. I fully recommend it.
