Some fun reading! My 6 year old son enjoyed the story and characters after seeing the movie. I ordered him this book as a gift. He is a beginner reader, so, his dad and I read to him and he really loves the creative descriptions of the people and the places. This book is helping him see how fun reading can be. He can read some of it himself. We are anxiously waiting for book 3, "The Deep Sleep".
This book is great Just like the first, this book uses great detail to explain what is going on. It keeps you guessing about what is about to happen and if they can find you know who. I really want the third book to come out soon.
Something I finally liked to read! It was really good. I liked how they made cool details about downtown and Imagineer. I liked some of the new characters Shark Boy and Lava Girl met. It was exciting to read with lots of action. I don't usually read unless a teacher says I have to but I read Vol 1 and 2 in just 2 days for each book. My Mom was amazed! I'm almost 10 years old. I really want to read Vol 3 but Mom can't find it anywhere yet.
