The best way to get the most out of it is by cobining it with the Study Guide that complements the book ( ISBN 1593454570 )
Terrible Book I have to read this book for a police supervisor exam.The author Mr. More states nothing but opions. He steals theories from other clowns that have nothing to do with police work. This should be a college book to teach non real word Police Supervison. The supplement should be the book. Simple and to the point
